Everything was really good from staff, who were accommodating, to the unbeatable location. Location: the hotel was near to the centro storico on foot and Lucca by car. Lucca Historical Center district was worth visiting. The a car park was on-site, good service.

The place was nicely appointed and had attentive staff at the front reception desk. I truly enjoyed the stay. I had a nice size room with a luxurious bathroom. The location was convenient, within walking distance of a town square. There were a mall and supermarkets around the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for one night to explore the surrounding area and we were impressed with our experience. The room was spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. The staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of this place was convenient, situated just off the freeway exit and close to a roundabout. It was easy to find and provided free onsite parking. we had a great stay here.

Friendly and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast, free internet and very comfortable room with all amenities.
Only thing I can think of is that there is a 25 min walk to the nearest station, for those who use public transport ,which was a little far. And would have liked to have tea/coffee making facility in our room. The rest was great!

This hotel is conveniently situated just off the Autostrade, but within easy walking distance of Lucca town centre and only 30 mins from Pisa airport. Clean, modern and good service.

This hotel is a hidden gem located just a short drive from the city walls of Lucca. It offers excellent value for money, with spotless rooms and a great shower in the en-suite bathroom. The staff are friendly and provide attentive service. The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of options including vegetarian choices.

Very well maintained hotel. Excellent value for money. Close to the heart of the city as well as to main sorrounding highways. Excellent bed, shower and breakfast. Will come back when visiting Lucca.
Air conditioning was a bit weak. If left working all day the room was pleasent.
